Still, there’s something cool in this old fashioned mmorpg. I’ll probably ding 65 very soon. Green quests give tons of XP and AAs, and the leveling is surprisingly fast (it wasn’t).

The pyro unlocks go really fast and are fairly fun except the stupid “light a spy that is taunting with his cigarette case” one. You should be able to get the first two unlocks in just a couple hours.

The scout unlocks are overpowered but really hard to get due to practically all of the fucking scout achievements requiring you or OTHER PEOPLE to have unlockables. Pyro/Medic unlocks are a lot easier, but generally the Pyro unlocks are less useful ignoring the Axetinguisher (or the Flare Gun for arena).

The scout ones took me longer than the heavy or pyro, but I think they were easier than the medic ones. The problem with the scout ones is they are really streaky and a lot of them are dependent on the Sandman. Of course, once you get the Sandman you can see why. <3

The scout unlocks are also the most broken shit ever, fuck the force of nature. Fuck that stupid fucking gun. I will say this though, I got my medic unlocks the fastest but I play a ton of medic so my medic is pretty good most days. The health drain gun is really stupid in some very select situations. But the force of nature is always retarded, always annoying and I fucking hate the scout update because of it.

Leveling now takes forever now that beta is coming to a close (shocking). They removed all permanent items (now max is 1 month) and all clothing is buy with real-life money rather than the currency earned in game.
For something that is actually surprising; full servers actually suck. They need to halve the amount of people allowed in a game.
